HYDERABAD: Megasoft Limited, a product based technology company, has revamped its telecom business (XIUS) and unveiled a new go-to-market strategy to rapidly expand its global telecom business.
Under the new dispensation, Megasoft’s telecom practice, XIUS has been revamped with a new business model and management structure. The business and marketing function will be driven from Bedford, US and the global delivery, research and development and back office support system will be run out of Hyderabad.
The company has also changed its telecom brand to XIUS-bcgi and unveiled the new logo today.
GV Kumar, MD and CEO, Megasoft, announced that Ersin Galioglu has been appointed as the chief operating officer. He will head the overall Strategic Business Unit function for Telecom, including business development, marketing, product management and global client management.
The top management team will comprise senior managers from both XIUS and bcgi. While Dan Carney will be the head of Operations function globally, Ken Sonberg will head the global R&D unit.
Vasant Kumar will head the global services delivery as well as the India back office. Mike Powell will continue to be chief strategy officer for the company, providing strategic directions and charting the global expansion.
