JEE Main and NEET 2021: Gear up for what Education Minister has to say

Students who have failed their CSBE Board exams are urging the board to cancel the compartment exams due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Many students stated that they have failed with only 2-4 marks and the CBSE can award them grace marks. While this has become a matter of great concern regarding the careers of these students, there is still no comment from CBSE.

Advocate Shakti Pandey is overlooking the PIL for the same. A minor girl, who chose not to disclose her identity, with her mother has filed a PIL against CBSE. Adv Shakti Pandey stated that he urges the apex to look at the case as it is a matter of careers for the students. He stated that the Apex Court should either cancel the exams or pass them provisionally and take the exam later.

Students seek answers

Students are asking the same thing. CBSE hasn't even announced the dates, let alone news on the exams. They are steadfast non-conduction of exams as admissions for private colleges end in August. This student shared the reason from one of our previous post where some students filed a PIL and asked the education Minister and CBSE to give one reason to conduct exams.

Another student told CIOL that. "Are marks so important that we, as non-scholar students are not even heard? It is a matter of our careers. So, we want the authorities like CBSE and Mr Ramesh Pokhriyal to take immediate action on it."

They are, further, looking forward to the PIL and its hearing that he apex court is expected to hear tomorrow at 10:30 AM.
