MUMBAI, INDIA: The mobile led digital payments company TranServ has recently partnered with movies and online ticketing brand BookMyShow where by TranServ’s innovative mobile wallet is leveraged for managing all the backend functionality of BookMyShow’s ‘My Wallet’ feature – be it activation of wallets, tracking, loading and utilization of wallet funds, or daily report sharing.

These value-driven features have made TranServ-powered ‘My Wallet’ for Book My Show an instant hit with the customers, crossing one lakh registrations within a few hours of its launch and recording over half-a-million wallet registrations in the last one month, as a press update tells.

TranServ says it uses easy APIs plug-ins for merchants to collect and disburse payments from the customer while controlling the user experience, enabling them to create a seamless and native experience through effective customer engagement tools leveraging the wallet. Other benefits it cites are: refund processing at reduced operations cost and in-depth customer data reports through usage behavioral patterns & trends mapping.

Besides BookMyShow, as Transerv adds, it has been supporting many such big and small businesses as well. Explaining the ubiquitous approach, Anish commented, “No business, either big or small, can now expect to survive in the highly competitive economic scenario without optimally leveraging the benefits offered by digital payments services. It is for this reason that we provide tailored digital payment services for all businesses with a view to influencing the consumer behaviour towards a cashless form of transaction.”

TranServ is also about to make its foray in the consumer wallet space by launching India’s very first social multipurpose wallet this festive season. “The Wallet would allow users to send, receive and request wallet cash based on geo-location, split bills and even curate gift vouchers that could be redeemed at online and offline outlets at the receiver’s convenience, thereby providing an extremely interactive, social, secure and swift wallet experience.” the company explained.
