New Update
Everything new from the November Apple Event "One More Thing"

If you think something new is about to come from this Apple Event, you are sadly mistaken. Although the event will mark the entry of a new product, Apple announced it in the WWDC Apple Event. The event is set to launch Apple’s ARM-based computers which mark the start of the company’s separation from longtime partner Intel. It is also the first time, that Apple-designed silicon will appear in Macs outside of T2 security chips.

Last time, Apple promised improvements in performance and battery life from the new, still unnamed chip. Talking about ARM chips, the transition is brought by Rosetta 2. R2 is a new version of the emulator that Apple used during its last processor transition from PowerPC to Intel. It will allow you to run emulated versions of your old macOS apps on the company’s new ARM-based products. Further, it ships with macOS Big Sur. In this Apple Event, Big Sur (macOS 11.0) should also receive a final release date. The operating system will arrive with a new visual design that lifts a lot of elements from iOS 14 and a lot of features, too, like updated iMessage and Maps applications, widgets, and the Control Center interface.

Other rumours

There’s also that this Apple event might launch AirTags. It will be an update on the Apple TV 4K from 2017. Another product that could come out could be the new Apple over-ear headphones, AirPods Studio.

Is there a thing as too much Apple slash too many Apple Events?

Apple's online-only event follows the company's announcements in September Event "Time Flies". Then, it announced the newest iPads, Apple Watches and Apple One subscription service. In October, it announced the HomePod Mini smart speaker and iPhone 12 series of handsets.

So, a November Apple Event is really a bit much. Yet, the tech world will be glued to their desktops (or Macbooks) to stream the event live on Apple Website 11:30 pm, Indian Standard Time (IST).
