Persistent firms up Microsoft play with RGen

PUNE, INDIA: Persistent Systems has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire RGen Solutions. Based in Redmond, Wash., RGen is a privately held consulting and IT company with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and a strong presence in the Microsoft ecosystem, as explained further.

It is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner for Collaboration and Content, a Microsoft Preferred Supplier (MSPS) and a Go-to-Market Partner for Microsoft that will expand Persistent’s reach into large enterprises.
