JEE Main 2021 and NEET 2021 examinations have become a big concern for many parents and students in the country, As the EduMin goes Live on December 10, students have posted their queries and concerns on Twitter and Facebook. For this, the registration ought to commence from December first week. Since we are already in December first week, and EduMin is still listening to concerns, dates won’t come out before the 10th. Yet, we expect more clarity when Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank goes live on social media on December 10.

Judging by the trend, here are some major concerns of JEE Main 2021 appearing students.

1. Online classes are a big struggle

In response to the query invitation, a student on Twitter tweeted, "Life of every single student is at a stake due to the worldwide pandemic. We're struggling a lot with the online classes and are not ready to perform the practicals too. Please postponed exams till June." Further, students have asked to reduce the syllabus, or postpone the exams. A student said, "First JEE Main attempt should be in May and the second attempt in August; JEE Advanced in mid-September, Board exams in June. Please do this because our coaching centres and schools are closed. Online classes are not so effective we are just relying on self-study."

2. Local languages

"Conduct JEE Main, Advanced in local languages, degree courses in English," stated IIT Delhi director. Students should know that Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal has already announced that this year NTA will include more regional languages in competitive exams.

3. Postpone exams

A student on Facebook stated, "Many students who are living in rural areas don't have a proper source to attend online classes. How will they tweet ow post about their problems? Please think about every student sir, and conduct 12th board exam in June." Another student tweeted, "I'm one of the aspirants for JEE Main 2021 exam that will happen in the year ahead. I request you to clarify exam syllabus and dates and postpone JEE Main 2021 from January for 40 days at least."

Another student favoured postponement of JEE Main 2021 and further JEE Advanced. She said, "We never know what IITs have in-store. They definitely won’t agree with the reduction of the syllabus so it’s better we go for the extension of dates because chances are in some institutes where the chapter scrapped out was taught with utmost details. But JEE Advances in just a gap of 2 weeks from Main is not feasible. It’s better to have it in the second half of July.

4. Online exams could be a possibility?

A  parent tweeted, "Respected sir, I am the parent of a student studying in 12th and preparing for Jee (Main+Advanced). A humble request to you. Kindly reduce the syllabus (means remove the chapters and not topics). Also, take the 12th board exam online. Please consider my request."

Further, parents and students must know that the JEE Main 2021 and JEE Advanced exams will happen in online mode. But, CBSE is adamant on taking 10th and 12th exams in the written mode.
