MUMBAI, INDIA: The mobile led digital payments company TranServ has recently partnered with movies and online ticketing brand BookMyShow where by TranServ’s innovative mobile wallet is leveraged for managing all the backend functionality of BookMyShow’s ‘My Wallet’ feature – be it activation of wallets, tracking, loading and utilization of wallet funds, or daily report sharing.
These value-driven features have made TranServ-powered ‘My Wallet’ for Book My Show an instant hit with the customers, crossing one lakh registrations within a few hours of its launch and recording over half-a-million wallet registrations in the last one month, as a press update tells.
TranServ says it uses easy APIs plug-ins for merchants to collect and disburse payments from the customer while controlling the user experience, enabling them to create a seamless and native experience through effective customer engagement tools leveraging the wallet. Other benefits it cites are: refund processing at reduced operations cost and in-depth customer data reports through usage behavioral patterns & trends mapping.
The Mumbai-based company has been extending its digital payments services to businesses across all spectrum.
