ZyXEL brings green unified security solution

NEW DELHI, INDIA: ZyXEL Communications, a broadband access solutions provider, announced the launch of ZyWALL USG 50/20/20W series.

ZyWALL USG 50/20/20W series is ZyXEL's latest unified security gateway series of solution.

Powered with an integrated security processor and Gigabit fiber architecture, the new ZyWALL USG50/20/20W series features real-time inspection during operation of content filter with granular control.

ZyXEL claims that that 'clean-traffic' feature for inspection protects network against risks such as viruses and other Internet threats.

Powered by ZyXEL’s IntelliEnergy Green Technology, the ZyWALL USG 50/20/20W Series can automatically detect network traffic, link status and temperature and then adjust the power consumption accordingly.

The company also claims that this “Green Technology” will benefit businesses in reducing their power consumption by up to 80 percent.
