CHENNAI, INDIA: Zoho today launched a website testing and optimization app, Zoho PageSense and cloud app integration platform, Zoho Flow.

Zoho also released a new version of its DIY website builder, Zoho Sites which now has a new, clutter-free interface, and more customization options, allowing users better creative control over their design.

“Zoho PageSense and Zoho Flow, together with the completely reinvented Zoho Sites, all of which are part of Zoho One, take the Operating System for Business to a whole another level,” said Sridhar Vembu, CEO, Zoho Corp. “These new applications are offered both on a standalone basis, as well as part of the Zoho One suite. Existing Zoho One customers get these new applications automatically for no additional payment.”

With the addition of Zoho PageSense and Zoho Flow, a total of 40 applications now form part of Zoho One, which has expanded from 35 applications offered during its launch in July 2017. Moreover, customized applications built on Zoho Creator, the company’s low-code app development platform, can now be deployed across an organization that uses Zoho One.

Zoho PageSense

Zoho PageSense integrates with a range of marketing and web analytics tools, making web design and development a more comprehensive, data-backed activity.

Marketers can use the visual editor to create and A/B test different variations of the same web page without performing manual code changes. The A/B testing tool is particularly helpful for refining web page layout, content, messaging and design before implementing the changes throughout the website.

By observing the intensity of the Heatmap, marketers can see immediately how often visitors interact with each website element, while Funnel Analysis provides a breakdown of how visitors drop off a website as they move through a series of pages helping the marketer target particular pages for improvement.

Zoho PageSense is easily integrated with Zoho Sites. Third-party integrations include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, KISSmetrics, Mixpanel, and Clicky. More integrations with products from Zoho and other vendors are planned.

Zoho PageSense is available in 15 languages, including Spanish, German, French, and Chinese (Simplified). The subscriptions start at Rs 1,740 pm for 10,000 monthly visitors.

Zoho Flow

Zoho Flow’s no-code interface lets users easily create workflows, aiding flow of information between applications and automating routine tasks.

The workflow builder removes most of the complexity or limitations usually faced when building integrations. Users can connect their apps by dragging and dropping them into the builder. Workflows are displayed visually helping users understand how their information flows to coordinate processes between apps.

Each workflow (called a Flow) consists of a trigger and one or more actions. Users can set a workflow in motion when a new ticket is created in their helpdesk software (the trigger), and automatically send an alert message to their team’s communication channel (the action).

The logic functions can be used to introduce branching, add time-based actions, and drill down to the finest variable in the workflow. To further fit their integration needs, users can code custom functions using Deluge, Zoho’s own programming language.

Zoho Flow lets users collaborate with their teams on building Flows, so teams can save time and effort otherwise spent on keeping up with each other’s progress and orchestrating their functions together. The dashboard presents key metrics about live, paused and draft Flows, enabling users to monitor and analyze all their processes at a glance.

It features 100 web applications for users to choose from. It also offers more than 200 templates called Flows that cover important automations from across different businesses in the industry. Users can install the Flows in their account, either using them as they are or modifying them to meet specific needs.

Zoho Flow is available as a web application. Paid subscriptions start at Rs 600 per organization per month.

Zoho Sites

The updated Zoho Sites now offers a selection of layout templates, new page elements, and features like Dynamic Backgrounds, Access Restriction, Quick customization pop-up, etc.

Zoho Sites is integrated with Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho CRM, Zoho PageSense and Zoho Campaigns, allowing owners to engage with visitors via live chat, collect user data via forms, observe visitor activity via Zoho PageSense and keep visitors in the know via newsletters. Zoho Sites is also integrated with MailChimp and Google Analytics.

The free version includes access to a full range of website building tools, while the paid versions offer more advanced functionality. Paid subscription starts at Rs 200/site/month for an annual subscription of the Essential Plan, increases to Rs 480 for the Professional Plan and Rs 800 for the full-featured Advanced Plan.

The Enterprise edition of Zoho PageSense, Professional edition of Zoho Flow, and the Advanced edition of Zoho Sites— are included in Zoho One, the company’s all-in-one suite of applications to run an entire business.
