NEW DELHI, INDIA: Zed-Axis Technologies, a Software Development Company announceD the release of their established and running Service Management Solution as a product under the name Zed-ServiceT.

The decision to make the system a robust product emerged from the immense success it has achieved over the last five to six years, says the company in the press note. With the wide and warm acceptance of the system in streamlining post-sales service operations in sectors like Mobile Telecommunications, Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Wellness Products and Sanitaryware, Zed-Axis identifies this solution as core critical and a must have for all those industry verticals where after-sales service and support is business critical.

"Zed-ServiceT is an intelligent post-sales service automation software that maximizes efficiency, increases customer satisfaction and remarkably reduces the service operations cost. Currently, operational across more than 2000 service centers, the system has an installed base comprising of more than 12 medium to large companies, handling more than 0.5 million service calls per month."
