RVINE, CALIFORNIA: Zeacom will demonstrate the latest version of its flagship unified communications solution at the VoiceCon trade show.Zeacom Communications Center 5.0 brings powerful new features to Zeacoms award winning solution, such as a best of breed voice conferencing service and extending unified communications from the desktop to mobile devices. Zeacom Communications Center 5.0 also protects existing and future investments by integrating with Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 (OCS).

Zeacom Communications Center 5.0 is designed to meet the needs of small to medium sized businesses (SMB) of up to 2500 desktops or five to 500 contact center agents. It provides tools which increase efficiency and deliver personalized communications services to employees across an entire organization.

Executive Mobile gives individuals complete freedom to manage their presence and availability status, effectively removing the demarcation between desktop and mobile. All functionality currently available on the desktop (single mailbox, presence profiles and directory) is available, without compromise, on Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices.

Conferencing allows voice conferences to be easily established, for as many as 64 parties, from the desktop without the need or cost of a third party call provider. Meeting organizers gain greater control over call volume and meeting participation, including automatic Caller Line Identification (CLI) based log-in, arrival and termination notifications.

Rich Presence utilizes Zeacoms expertise in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) to create a much more accurate picture of employee availability status and workflow. By integrating telephony, keyboard and mouse, in real time, Zeacom reduces the number of unanswered or missed calls.
