Yebhi.com intros automated refund through its Wallet

BANGALORE, INDIA: E-commerce portal, Yebhi.com, announced wholly-automated refund process with the launch of Yebhi Wallet on Thursday.

It is a customer's ledger with Yebhi for his registered email ID, pointed out a press statement.

According to the portal, the funds from Yebhi Wallet can be used to shop for products, recharge mobiles or DTH and transfer funds back to user's bank accounts through NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) free of charge.

Moreover, it added that there was no expiry date attached to the Yebhi Wallet and that the amount could be utilized any time while purchasing.

On the launch, Manmohan Agarwal, CEO, Big Shoe Bazaar (Brand owner Yebhi.com), said, "This new initiative is the first of its kind in the country, where the customer has complete access to their funds and exceptional control over their shopping, returns and refunds."

Yebhi, stated the release, pioneers in building new initiatives for its customers like Try and Buy, One-click Automated Returns and now, Yebhi Wallet.

The portal is 100 per cent secured through SSL 256-bit encryption, it added.
