In an e-mail to CyberMedia News, Inju Pennu, a blogger who has been a key participant in the drive against plagiarism, said, “We Indian bloggers think it is high time Yahoo put a halt to this plain and simple stealing that is happening in the name of "content development". We bloggers are making a complete report on new evidence and content theft, which is springing up daily. Even after all this protest and apology, Yahoo! India and its subcontractor are still oblivious or arrogant about copyright violations.”

She further stated that under these circumstances, the blogging community wanted Yahoo! to “put a pause on their current portal” and make sure the existing and the new content on their portal is not from someone else's blog or books, and completely revamp Yahoo's multi-lingual portal.
