Yahoo! HotJobs unveils two new ad solutions

CHICAGO, USA: Yahoo! HotJobs today introduced two advertising solutions, Yahoo! HotJobs Smart Ads and Premium Company Profiles for recruitment advertisers.

Yahoo! HotJobs Smart Ads is a platform that transforms job listings into relevant display ads across the Yahoo! Network.

Premium Company Profiles showcases company employment brands using media and company-specific content from the Yahoo! Network.

"Like the groundbreaking R.E.A.L. search algorithm launched in February, the solutions unveiled today are more examples of Yahoo! innovation and research applied to the recruitment industry," said Jeff Kinder, senior vice president and general manager, Yahoo! HotJobs.

The products were introduced at the Society for Human Resource Management Annual Conference being held in Chicago.
