Xebia offers certified ScrumMaster training program

Scrum is gaining an ever-increasing popularity around the world. Many leading technology companies worldwide have recognized the advantages of Scrum over the traditional approaches. There is an immense boost of interest in the Agile methodologies as demonstrated in the Certified ScrumMaster training program conducted by Sanjiv Augustine, a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer .

The Certified ScrumMaster course comprised of the essential concepts and tools of Scrum, and highlighted the differences between Agile and traditional ‘waterfall’ methodologies. It also educated partakers on how to develop a roadmap for adopting Agile in an organization.

The participants learned the techniques to lead development teams towards Agile operations by managing product backlogs, planning releases and sprints, tracking and reporting progress, and conducting retrospectives.

All attendees who successfully completed their training were granted one-year membership in the SCRUM Alliance and registered as a Certified ScrumMaster with Scrum Alliance, said a press release.
