Xchanging bags procurement contracts from Godiva Chocolatier

BANGALORE, INDIA: Xchanging plc has signed two new contracts with Godiva Chocolatier, the premium chocolates brand. The new three-year contracts have been awarded following Xchanging's successful delivery of procurement services to Godiva Belgium B.V. over the past 12 months.

As part of the new contracts, Xchanging Procurement Services will be providing services for Godiva North America from its Chicago-based delivery centre, including spend analytics, tactical and strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier implementation and compliance management. These efforts will support Godiva's transformation of its indirect procurement function.

For Godiva International, the scope of the existing contract is being expanded to cover additional categories of spend, and extended geographically in the company's European and Asian operations, to service countries including Turkey, Hong Kong and Japan.

The contracts continue Xchanging Procurement Services' strong growth in North America and Europe. The business is the third largest procurement services provider globally, with a team of over 600 procurement and category specialists, supported by world-class processes and technology.
