Worst passwords of the year

BANGALORE, INDIA: People tend to use easy passwords as they believe they can be easily remembered. But they often fall victims of scamsters who use simple tricks to steal passwords and later put them on sale.

According to Google which has started two-stage authentication for its user, every day thousands of user accounts are hijacked by cyber criminals, using various techniques.

Splash Data, a computer security firm  has released its list of the worst passwords for 2011 which is based on millions of stolen passwords posted online by hackers.
