Wolf Frameworks and its partners offer custom SaaS solutions and products from mini ERP to accounting system, from Fleet Management to school attendance and library management system, etc on OnDemand subscription basis.

Due to the lack of a suitableIT solution in the past, SEDS utilized a disconnected system consisting of standalone database and several spreadsheets for collecting data. Manual methods for data analysis were time consuming and error prone and the size of their master repository runs into millions too. Following their magic mantra of “software is only consequential”, Wolf took up the challenge of providing a complete online SaaS solution to a worthy cause.

“Serving our rural population and under developed community with multiple development and sustenance programs and tracking effectiveness has been our key focus over the last 30 plus years. To do this successfully – we rely on Data, its relationships and analytics/reports heavily,” said Manil Jayasena Joshua, CEO, Social Education and Development Society.

“ WOLF Platform gave us quick automation, anytime anywhere secured access with statistics and the ability to generate UID (Unique Identification ID) for more than 40,000 member’s database. This information will now help us and our donors to serve each & every individual with better products to improve their livelihood,” she added.

Over the last few months, WOLF Frameworks team worked very closely with SEDS to create what we know today as CIMS ‘Census Information Management Solution’, a customized web based Software-as-a-Service solution that captures SEDS data and one specific program processes uniquely and generates analytical reports.

CIMS allows SEDS to collect and relate-consolidate data into a central repository and automates the process of data analysis, presenting reports and charts on different metrics at the click of a button and also generates Unique Identification Number which helps to locate & track individual data. The application imports previous data records of 5 years maintained in Microsoft Access Databases and spreadsheets and was built keeping in mind the future growth of SEDS and its operations.

Sunny Ghosh, director and CEO of WOLF Frameworks said “IT being affordable and delivered as a service should now serve the needs of millions previously under served and left untapped.”

He further said that SEDS solution demonstrates the ability of their framework to manage thousands of records online and the ease of use with which non sophisticated users are now able to leverage WOLF Cloud Computing technologies – OnDemand.
