WishTel's 10.1-inch Android tablet in India

BANGALORE, INDIA: WishTel has launched a new tablet, Ira Comet HD, which has a 10.1-inch TFT LED multi-touch capacitive touchscreen.

Priced at Rs 9,999, the WishTel Ira Comet HD runs Android 4.0 (Icecream sandwich) and is powered by 1.2 GHz processor with 1 GB RAM. It gives browsing time of over 5-6 hours.

The tablet has an 8 GB internal memory, which is expandable up to 32GB. It sports a 2 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. It is capable of displaying HD content at 1080p.

The device is launched in 3G and Wi-Fi versions. It also has HDMI cable, wireless headphone, WLAN to USB port cable and Card reader.
