Wipro's Flow-briX finds new markets for growth

BANGALORE: Wipro Technologies, the global IT services division of Wipro Ltd, announced that its proprietary Flow-briX BPM/Workflow solution has found new acceptance among its telecom customers, opening up new market opportunities in the BPM (Business Process Management) space.

Flow-briX, a solution from Wipro's innovation labs, is a highly customizable and scalable framework with BPM/Workflow services that streamlines a complicated network of activities. It helps the organizations map real world processes and leverage their existing IT systems to the fullest.

Flow-briX has been a differentiator for Wipro in servicing its marquee customers with a host of niche solutions ranging from Dynamic Approval Management, Work Tracking & Resource Forecasting, Program Management and Distributed Editorial Reviewing to Financial Risk Management systems.

The solution, Flow-briX, along with its BPM/Workflow Engine and Business Rules Engine (BRE) would now be embedded into the technology stack of SmartTrust's forthcoming comprehensive Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, which will serve the sophisticated needs of various mobile services providers to offer seamless mobility management solutions to their customers. Flow-briX components would be powering the automated workflow needs and complicated event handling mechanisms of the MDM system.
