BANGALORE: Nasscom released the top 15 ranking of third party ITES (Call Center and BPO) companies on the eve of its annual ITES-BPO event, based on revenues for 2002-03 reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (US GAAP).
According to the survey, Wipro Spectramind has emerged as the frontrunner followed by WNS Group and Daksh eServices at the second and third position respectively.
The ITES-BPO segment contributes 25% of the total IT Software and Service exports from India and witnessed a growth of 59% to reach Rs 11,300 crore (US $2.3 billion) in 2002-03.
