Wipro Names New Senior VP and Global Head of AI to Drive Enterprise Futuring

Brijesh Singh has been appointed Senior Vice President and Global Head of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Wipro Enterprise Futuring at Wipro Ltd. This division specializes in providing advanced solutions for significant business development to clients worldwide. These solutions include intelligent information, data, application platforms, digital operations, and cyber security. Brijesh's appointment comes subsequent to Wipro's $1 billion commitment to AI and the recent introduction of Wipro ai360.

In his new role, he will report to Nagendra Bandaru, the Managing Partner and president of Enterprise Futuring at Wipro. With a strong background as a practice leader in AI competency, he is instrumental in propelling forward the conversational AI and AI Ops offerings within the market.

With a career spanning over three decades in technology consulting, Singh has amassed extensive expertise. Singh's academic foundation in Electrical Engineering from BIT Sindri further solidifies his qualifications for this significant role.

Notably, he spearheaded AI and data-driven advancements during his tenure at Deloitte, where he led transformational initiatives. His significant contributions reflect over seven years of dedicated experience at the prestigious Big Four accounting firm.

Following Wipro's substantial $1 billion commitment to AI investment and the successful launch of Wipro ai360, the appointment of Singh takes center stage. As the newly appointed global head of AI, Singh's role will revolve around propelling Wipro's ai360 strategy to new heights.
