Wipro launches e.go Aero Ultrabook

BANGALORE, INDIA: Wipro Infotech on Tuesday announced launch of e.go Aero range of ultra portable notebooks which include e.go Aero Ultra, stated to be India's slimmest and first 14'' ultra book.

e.go Aero Ultra is a feature rich slim ultra book feature rich ultra book aimed at enterprise users while the e.Go Aero Alpha and e.Go Aero Book are 11.6 '' notebooks powered by Intel Core iProcessor and 2nd Generation Intel Core i5 processor respectively.

The highlight of the Wipro products launch is however the e.go Aero Ultra which has a thickness of just 19.3 mm (at its thickest point and weights 1.7 kg.

The e.goAero Ultra comes in a magnesium alloy packed with features like a 'ultra' boot time of just 2 seconds. Its comes packed with 4GB memory and 500 GB hard disk, it comes preloaded with OEM windows 7 and Microsoft Office Starter.

The ultra book also comes with with an isolation keyboard and a large multi-gesture touch pad.

The e.go Aero Ultra has sleek aerodynamic contours merged with advanced thermodynamics, to ensure harmony of design and function. The product is a result of strong co-operation between Intel and Wipro on the ultra book devices.

It incorporate revolutionary Intel technologies such as Intel Rapid Start, Intel Smart Response and Intel Smart Connect which enables an aways connected state.

The e.go Aero range is aggressively positioned between Rs 39,900 to sub Rs 49,000 price points depending on the configuration.
