Wipro basks in SDN acclaim

BANGALORE: Wipro Technologies, the IT services division of Wipro

Ltd, has claimed that its SAP NetWeaver Competence Group has been recognized by SAP Developer Network as a lead innovator and contributor to SAP NetWeaver.

The SAP Developer Network (SDN) is an online community for SAP developers, consultants and integrators and a forum for vendors and industry experts to contribute ideas, solutions and frameworks for making the NetWeaver a preferred enterprise applications platform.

The SAP NetWeaver Competence Group is a Center of Excellence (CoE) at

Wipro's Enterprise Application Services Group. Wipro's CoEs work on proactively developing point solutions, reusable frameworks, components, tools, accelerators and proof of concept for clients on emerging technologies.

Wipro also leads the individual contributor space on SDN, boasting three out of the top fifteen contributors across the globe on SDN.
