Wipro, Artesia tie up on media content mgmt

BANGALORE: Wipro Technologies, will partner with Artesia Technologies, Inc, a leading provider of enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions, to deliver comprehensive media content management solutions to Wipro’s customers worldwide. As a part of the alliance, Wipro Technologies will offer its global customers DAM and workflow solutions, helping them leverage their rich media content. This move will also enhance the company’s business processes and efficiencies associated with the creation of enterprise content.

Wipro Technologies will offer its integrated solutions to media companies in North America and Europe, and will be the first partner of Artesia Technologies in the Asia-Pacific region for implementing its DAM solution. At the bourses today at 1:52 pm, Wipro shares were quoting positive.

At the BSE, the shares were trading at Rs 1,629.90, up 4.78 per cent from its previous close of Rs 1,555.60 and at the NSE, the shares were trading at Rs 1,630.15, up 4.26 per cent from its previous close of Rs 1,563.50. At the US bourses, the ADR of the IT major dipped 0.21 per cent to close at $33.20 on Tuesday.
