WinZip Courier to speed up users' Webmail exp

BANGALORE, INDIA: WinZip Computing, a Corel Company has announced that the newly released WinZip Courier now integrates with Webmail clients running on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox in addition to the previously available Internet Explorer (IE) and Microsoft Outlook support.

With this new update, WinZip Courier offers the benefit of compressing and encrypting attached files sent from Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail from all three leading Web browsers said a press release.

The new feature also allows WinZip Courier to automatically zip email attachments with optional password protection and image resizing features.

“When you want to share photos with friends and family, or get that latest business presentation from your Webmail account, WinZip Courier now works with your favorite Web browser,” said Patrick Nichols, president of WinZip.

“By supporting Chrome, Firefox and IE, WinZip Courier gives anyone the flexibility to choose Outlook or Webmail and still benefit from faster and more secure email transactions,” added Nichols.
