NEW YORK, USA: Research In Motion (RIM) lost some ground as the most popular smartphone platform while Apple Inc carved out a bigger chunk of the mobile market, according to comScore's latest report on the U.S. phone industry for the three months ended in November.
As of November, 234 million Americans use mobile devices. Here is a look at the market share of the telecom players in the US:
