NOIDA, INDIA: Film maker Subhash Ghai's Whistling Woods Film School has partnered with video marketing and video analytics start-up Vidooly to market short movies on social media.

As per the tie up Vidooly will serve as the default tool for video analytics and marketing for the students in the institute. Students will be able to promote their short movies using Vidooly's video intelligence on You Tube and across social media.

Speaking about the tie up, Ghai said, "Digital platforms are the future of content both in India and globally, and digitization of content creation has democratized the filmmaking process. This ecosystem has also enabled business models of content distribution and monetisation on digital platforms.”

“This is a first of its kind course in India, which has been developed by the faculty in association with YouTube. For a course of such a high caliber, we needed a high quality video distribution facilitation platform and in Vidooly we have found the same," he said.
