Where does piracy thrive? India or China?

BANGALORE, INDIA: Software piracy is currently the biggest threat to the digital world. The threat has grown in such a way that almost all new software are being pirated and used illegal by people throughout the world.

One best example of pirated software is the famed Microsoft Windows operating systems. According to a recent survey, 6 out of 10 computer users in India use a pirated version of Microsoft's Windows operating system especially the Windows XP.

The easy availability of pirated software and the failure of subsequent Governments to check software piracy across the world have resulted in it becoming a major issue today, especially in India and China.
