WFM solution certified as component of ASC’s workforce optimization suite

DANDERYD, SWEDEN: Teleopti announced today its enrolment as an advanced technology partner by Siemens Enterprise Communications. The partnership applies to a solution corollary for a workforce optimisation (WFO) suite by ASC.

Teleopti's workforce management (WFM) technology, Teleopti CCC, is included in ASC's WFO suite through a recent partnership and can now be easily provided to Siemens Enterprise Communications customers. ASC has also been certified by Siemens Enterprise Communications as a Solution Partner, the highest level a technology partner working with Siemens Enterprise Communications can reach.
