“With the relocation of our fax broadcast and automated voice call platform to FORTRUST we now have the opportunity to offer our clients even higher levels of service and security,” said Barry Clark, WESTFAX president.

Boasting a 100 per cent customer satisfaction track record along with multi-layered system redundancies, the 224,000 square foot FORTRUST facility is able to provide the growth path needed as WESTFAX ramps up its dialing capacity and new product offerings for 2010 and beyond, as per a press release.

“FORTRUST is honored to provide high-availability colocation services to WESTFAX,” said Rob McClary, vice president of FORTRUST. “We have made the investment in the data center design, infrastructure and people so that WESTFAX, as well as its customers, can have peace of mind knowing that their IT infrastructure is secure and available at all times.”

WESTFAX fax broadcast and automated voice call platform now resides behind security measures including biometric readers, man trap entries, and 24/7/365 monitoring, says the company. This competitive advantage places the company in an even stronger position to pursue solutions for clients with tight data protection requirements including HIPAA for medical practitioners and FDCPA for debt collection agencies.
