Features:

The TX40 is WeP's first attempt to compete in the transaction printing market, against already well-established bigwigs like Epson and TVSE. Currently being test-marketed in large retain outlets, this model will let you print receipts and coupons. Costing below Rs 10,000, it's promising a substantial price-advantage over competitive offerings. The printer will be commercially available within the next two-three months.

Future model variations are being planned to suit the needs of far smaller retail outlets (like grocery, pharma, etc) in small towns and cities. Expect features like multi-lingual capabilities, much like what TVSE offers with its Proton range of bill printers.
