Said Rosu Reddy, promoter of Professional Softech,

"Consumers all over India should make use of this never-before platform as an online

consumer forum. By offering an opportunity to consumers, to post painful experiences free

of cost, the site helps the usually deaf and dumb business community to wake up and offer

proper service. With the Internet fast changing the way we live, online adalats may well

become the order of the day."

The site offers other features like polling, help desk,

legal advice, expert guidance, shopping guide and news. Polling enables survey of consumer

opinion on various products, services and issues. Help desk provides the phone numbers and

addresses of various consumer grievance departments. It also lists the consumer rights as

stated by the constitution. Legal advice offers advice for registered complaints of the

consumers, by an advocate who will render the service free of cost.

The expert guidance link offers news and views on current

consumer issues like private finance, real estate and the share market. Shopping Guide is

an A-Z listing of products, services and related information. News comprises updates of

best bargains, product launches, consumer court judgements and other related issues.
