The opening ceremony will be broadcast on several television channels at 1:30 am tonight. The three-hour long opening ceremony is being directed by Danny Boyle, who made the Oscar Award winner ''Slumdog Millionaire''. However, according to media reports, the opening ceremony is not being streamed live on NBC. But the live streaming of the Olympics Games is only being provided to the viewers in the US, and specific videos are available to viewers outside the US.
