Vonexus names Tecnomic distributor for India

BANGALORE: Vonexus Inc., a provider of IP PBX solutions, has appointed Tecnomic Marketing Services as its master distributor throughout the India sub-continent, which includes India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

The agreement enables Tecnomic to market, sell, and support the Vonexus IP PBX solution, Enterprise Interaction Center (EIC). First released in 1997 by parent company, Interactive Intelligence, EIC is a 100 percent Microsoft-based IP telephony software solution for small to medium-sized businesses; enterprises of all sizes with branch offices or mobile employees; and vertical organizations, such as financial services, healthcare institutions, auto dealerships, law firms and professional services companies.

EIC's inherit telephony applications — from Outlook-based unified messaging and workgroup routing, to presence management and conferencing — combined with its pre-integrated- plug-ins for Microsoft Business Solutions products such as MS CRM, Great Plains, and Live Communications Server, are designed to help organizations simplify installation and maintenance, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
