VMware intros virtualization, cloud solns marketplace

PALO ALTO, USA: Virtualization software maker VMware Inc. unveiled VMware Solution Exchange, an online, centralized, virtualization and cloud solutions marketplace.

The VMware Solution Exchange offers partners and developers a one-stop location to market and sell solutions to potential customers, says a press release.

The VMware Solution Exchange would empowering customers to utilize search tools, explore rich multimedia content, and directly engage with partners and developers to help finding solution for businesses.

Developers can also embed YouTube videos, provide product overviews, select technology categories, downloadable trial software, screenshots products, downloadable whitepapers, architecture blueprints and other marketing collateral.
