Vitage signs up as managed services partner to TTK Healthcare

BANGALORE, INDIA: Vitage Technologies, a pioneering BSM (Business Service Management) company, has signed an agreement with TTK Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd to handle their IT operations as the managed services partner.

Vitage will be managing TTK’s Data Centre, Applications, Network and the Service Desk on a 24x7 basis. Vitage will also provide direct support in critical locations like Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi and 15 more locations across the country. As TTK Healthcare Services embarks on a major technology expansion, upgrading the IT infrastructure will keep them ahead of competition and build better customer experience through efficiency of services.

According to S. Krishnamurthy, Chief Executive Officer, TTK Healthcare Services: "Technology has played a very critical role in our business from day one. We have always looked at how using technology we can enhance the customer experience and also provide faster turnaround in processing the claims. Our mission is to be the most preferred TPA in the country and the right focus on technology will get us there. This deal with Vitage will enable our team to focus on the strategic areas of investment in technology, while bringing efficiency in the IT operations.  We find that Vitage has the necessary tools and expertise to manage our IT infrastructure efficiently."

According to Cdr. Nagesh Ramiah, CTO, TTK Healthcare Services: "Along with the Vitage team we have already implemented some of the base processes as per ITIL framework, implemented a centralized service desk and completed the knowledge transfer activities. We believe that this engagement will enable us to enhance our IT process maturity and bring closer strategic alignment of IT with business.”
