Vitage bags $1M IT infrastructure management deal with Deyaar

BANGALORE, INDIA: Vitage Technologies, a BSM (Business Service Management) company, has announced that it has entered into a multi-year IT infrastructure management services agreement with Deyaar, one of the largest property management companies in the Middle East. Through its ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) based service delivery model Vitage Technologies will be managing Deyaar's Data Centre, Applications, Network and the Service Desk on a 24x7 basis combining onsite resources and remotely managing from their center in Bangalore.

Vitage as a full service provider will also play a key role in application architecture definition and overseeing the application development that will be critical for Deyaar's expansion plans.

According to John D'Cunha, CEO, Deyaar, "We are on a fast expansion mode and our focus is now across the entire Middle East Region. Technology will play a critical role in this expansion and we needed a partner who will manage the entire IT operations. This deal with Vitage will enable our team to focus on the strategic areas of investment in technology, while bringing efficiency in the IT operations. We have been impressed with Vitage's commitment, the experience of the core team and their process focus".

Vitage will implement ITIL based processes to deliver SLAs that are linked to business service goals. Service will be delivered using a combination of onsite resources and remote management from our centre in Bangalore, thereby providing Deyaar scalability and access to our tools and framework."
