Visendo extends Sharepoint 2010 capability to SMBs

BURGHAUSEN, GERMANY: Visendo Software Division, recently announced full support for Microsoft Office 2010 and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, allowing its customers take full advantage of Visendo Email and Fax suite’s flexibility and efficiency together with the new Microsoft products.

Today's announcement embraces Visendo’s current strategy to fully support small and medium companies that plan to upgrade to Microsoft Office 2010 and SharePoint 2010, said a press release.

Visendo Fax Server users can now create their fax documents in Microsoft Office 2010 and send them out as a fax, or save them to SharePoint with the added security of keeping the original fax document in a SharePoint library. Images delivered to SharePoint libraries can now conform to enterprise document policies, security and lifecycle management, providing improved compliance and accessibility.

Visendo Mailchecker Server and popConnect can be fully integrated with Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 to better assure email deliverability and security.

The integration possibility of Visendo Suite with Office 2010 and SharePoint 2010 support will enable customers to better acknowledge and use the latest industry updates in terms of faxing and emailing, the release added.
