Vintron launches PCs for SOHO segment

NEW DELHI: Delhi-based Vintron Informatics Limited has launched Elixir@Home PC 3000 and Elixir@Home PC 1000 for the fast growing SOHO segment. Priced at Rs 44,995 and Rs 35,995 respectively, these products will be available only in major towns, second and third level metros across India to begin with. Vintron has formulated a separate marketing strategy and its network for selling this product.


While the Elixir@Home PC 3000 is based on Pentium III processor starting from 550 MHz, the Elixir@Home PC 1000 is based on Intel Celeron starting from 466 MHz. They both come with 20 hours free internet Access from Satyam Online, colour monitor, membrane keyboard, new generation Internet mouse, 40X CD ROM Drive, and 160 W PMPO speakers. As incentive, Vintron will be offering free Vintron UPS, 6 CD ROMs like Hutchinson Educational Encylopedia, Ramayana, Nursery Rhymes, World cup 99 (2CDs), academic CD ROMs for 1st to X11 class students, travel bag, T Shirt, and puzzle for a limited period of time.
