Villa to head Transformation Services at EXL

NEW DELHI, INDIA: EXL Service Holdings, a provider of business solutions, has appointed Rembert de Villa as its head of Transformation services.

Villa will report to Rohit Kapoor, EXL’s president and COO. He will more closely integrate EXL’s Research & Analytics, Risk Advisory and Process Advisory services with EXL’s Outsourcing services.

Villa joins EXL from MasterCard Advisors where he was the Global Practice Leader for Strategic Services.

Prior to that, he led the North American Financial Services practice of Capgemini in New York.
