ViewSonic intros DCR enabled LCDs

NEW DELHI, INDIA: ViewSonic Corp has announced the launch of DCR (dynamic contrast ratio) technology in its forthcoming models VA1716w, VA2216w and VA2226w, which enhances LCD contrast ratio up to 2000:1.

DCR technology would automatically detect the image signal and control the backlight brightness. It also helps in power saving and enriches image scale levels.
