NEW DELHI, INDIA: Consumer durables company Videocon is expecting a 70 percent growth in sales this festive season over the corresponding period last year.
The company said the sales growth would inch up in the high-tech products that includes LCDs, LEDs and automatic washing machines.
"We are looking at 200 percent sales growth in hi-end products like LCDs, LEDs, satellite LCDs and fully automatic washing machines," said Jaideep Rathore, chief marketing officer, consumer electronics and home appliances.
Videocon has launched an interest-free scheme under which customers can take home any product by paying Rs.2,500. The balance amount can the be paid in 10 installments.
It has also launched a special Diwali offer under which a customer can avail assured gifts on the purchase of any product.
It offers Videocon d2h set top box with free 1 month subscription on the purchase of Videocon LCDs, LEDs, flat panel TV range.
A a customer can also avail Videocon pre-loaded phones on the purchase of front load washing machines, split air conditioners and the newly launched satellite LCDs.
