NEW DELHI: Verizon Business India, a newly formed joint between Verizon Business with Videocon, today applied for a international long-distance (ILD) license.

Once the company receives the license to offer ILD services, it is expected to boost the company’s business in the country. With this the company will be able to offer advanced IP communications services to multinational companies.

Verizon Business, a unit of Verizon Communications is a provider of advanced communications and information technology (IT) solutions to large business customers across the globe.
