Verint brings Impact 360 to India

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Verint Systems, provider of analytics software-based solutions for enterprise optimization and security has launched its ‘Impact 360’ portfolio for the Indian market.

Oscar Alban, principal global market consultant with Verint Witness Actionable Solutions, US, told CyberMedia News that the workforce optimization suite, powered by analytics will help Indian ITeS companies to provide real value for the customers.

“The Indian market has matured and the complexities have also increased. The cost-model does not work anymore in the Indian market. The ITeS sector especially the BPOs will now have to look at efficiencies and effectiveness of their deliverables for their global clients. Hence, there is a need for better work force monitoring and optimization of the seats capacity,” he said.

Alban said that the Impact 360 suite would help Indian BPOs to optimize their business mix and manage their revenues better. “The new suite will give the Indian BPOs a tool to measure their efficiency and demonstrate the same in a more tangible manner as the cost-factor is phasing out in the industry,” he said.

“Customer services are going to be the differentiator and delivering it in a better way will help organizations grow. The workforce optimization suite helps in understanding the fact and fixes the root-cause of the problem the end-customer is facing through data analytics. The extracted information can also be used by the outsourcers to effectively use as a marketing tool, as it gives a unified view,” Alban added.

Verint Solutions operating in India through six system integrators (SIs) is also eyeing the tier II and tier III cities, as most of the BPOs are also moving to smaller towns.
