Verbatim names Accel Frontline as service provider

NEW DELHI: Verbatim, a provider of Storage, Memory and PC Peripherals Products recently announced the appointment of Accel Frontline Services as it’s warranty service provider in India.

As a part of this collaboration, Accel, a provider in warranty management services would provide RMA/Service support for VERBATIM products across 36 cities through 40 owned Service Centres.

With the establishment of RMA/Service Centes, Verbatim aims to provide greater convenience and time savings for end customers/Dealers who require a product Service Supports, thus enhancing the VERBATIM customer service offering, said a press release.

Service centers Located in 36 cities include Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and New Delhi,

The VERBATIM Products’ Service Centers are established to provide services to its customers throughout India.

If a customer experiences a problem with a VERBATIM product, they could approach Accel Service Centres. Once Accel technical staff determines the product hardware is defective, and provided that the product is still under warranty, the customer would be supported immediately.

VERBATIM would continue to provide excellent and more comprehensive customer services to address customers’ needs in India.
