vCustomer to recruit 1000 people

BANGALORE: In line with projected ramp-up schedules of its existing clients, vCustomer, a US incorporated global services firm providing integrated BPO solutions today announced its plans to recruit more than 1000 technology support and customer care professionals. The new recruits are for the company’s three processing centers in New Delhi.



vCutomer services companies with a diverse product portfolio, including printers, networking equipment and storage media. The company currently handles over 2.5 million calls and e-mails per month and is one of the largest voice contactsupport services firms in the country. "The current expansion is a reiteration of vCustomers's strength and process expertise in the technology support space", said Sanjay Kumar, CEO, vCustomer. "I am confident that with our domain expertise in technology support we will be able make further in roads into the market", he added.



To achieve this expansion rapidly, vCustomer is launching several innovative recruitment initiatives customised to the tech support audience. These include theme events and job fairs, up-country campus recruitments, tie-ups with private sector leisure and entertainment entities etc.



A major share of these recruitments is expected to come from non-metros like Chandigarh, Jaipur, Dehradun and Pune.
