NEWTOWN, USA: Vantage Communications, the leader in business class managed services, announced today that it is further expanding its suite of cloud computing based solutions for small to medium-sized businesses to include a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution: vPlatform CRM.

The vPlatform was designed by Vantage, a recognized leader in Software as a Service (SaaS) for more than 10 years, to specifically address the needs of SMBs. The system offers unparalleled ease of use, which enables better user adoption rates and immediate return on investment. vPlatform CRM requires no capital investment or operational expenditures including hardware, software, dedicated personnel or maintenance. With assistance from Vantage’s FastTrack Implementation teams, businesses are able to transition from existing CRM systems to Vantage vPlatform CRM within days instead of months.

As the economy continues to decline, customers shift their focus in prioritizing business needs to enable efficiency, sustain existing customers, turn prospects into new clientele, and manage relationships to retain customers over time.

Recent research by Frederick Reichheld of Bain & Company shows that over a five year period businesses may lose as many as half of their customers and the process of acquiring a new customer can be a long and costly one. This forces companies to spend as much as six to seven times more than they would retaining an existing customer. In comparison, businesses that boosted customer retention rates by as little as 5 percent saw an increase in their profits ranging anywhere from 5 percent to 95 percent overall.

The vPlatform CRM includes:

* Advanced customer retention and revenue enhancement tools
* Sales force automation tools
* Comprehensive marketing campaign ROI analysis
* Powerful analytics and reporting
* Actionable business intelligence

“We have been hearing from our customers that their CRM systems are riddled with hidden costs and overly complicated to integrate and manage, resulting in a low volume of use among employees and less than expected results,” says Robert Phelan, President of Vantage Communications. “Today, we’ve solved these challenges with a solution that works the way your business works. Our solution removes the need for servers, software, and dedicated IT and administrative staff, while still allowing businesses to maximize their customer relationships. The system pays for itself many times over by retaining existing customers through improved customer support and sales cycle management,” says Phelan.

vPlatform CRM was developed by the same team that developed IntelliMetric®, the world’s first automated essay scoring engine that utilizes artificial intelligence to exceed human performance levels. The optional iSEEK Supercruncher module for vPlatform CRM provides unparalleled reporting and analysis from multiple data sources. Vantage Communications offers a comprehensive suite of Unified Communication products and services.
