BANGALORE, INDIA: Value Prolific Consulting Services (ValPro), a niche financial services company, has announced the ‘go-live’ of web-based deal-enabling platform, ‘Enablers'.

This portal, which invites members to discover, invest and achieve, enables and assists startups as well as small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to connect with HNIs, Angels and Venture Capitalist for fundraising, particularly seed and series A funding. ValPro has tied up with ‘10,000 Startups’ and the SIDBI Innovation and Incubation Center (SIIC) of IIT Kanpur to support the platform.

Enablers allows entrepreneurs and companies to scale up their businesses by securing equity investment; further provides opportunity to investors to participate in attractive business propositions and makes the entrepreneurs investor-ready while handholding them through various stages of fundraising.

The platform will feature business proposals that are vetted and validated by a team of experienced professionals assisting the investors to invest in most efficient and lucrative business idea across range of industries, including education, retail, e-commerce, healthcare, financial, IT/ITES, energy, travel & tourism, engineering, infrastructure, etc.

For listing on the platform startups and SMEs need to submit a fee of INR 30,000, along with the necessary documentations such as a business plan, information memorandum (IM), pitch video, etc. Listing fee is refundable in case the application is not accepted. No fees is charged from investors. The platform also provides assistance in preparing the entrepreneur to achieve ‘investor ready’ stage, along with an easy online process for listing and finding investor matches. There are internally defined SLAs for closing the fund raising process after investor match.
