At a seminar held at the Thiruvananthapuram Technopark campus as part of Retail Razzmatazz, Gaurav Sri Krishna, director - Retail, Microsoft India, spoke on ‘Using Technology as a Differentiator to Achieve Retail Growth’.

He said technology has proven to be one of the most compelling enablers for the imminent revolution in this sector.

“In the current economic slowdown, the retail industry is facing challenges that are unique to the segment. We firmly believe that the need of the hour is for retail companies to optimize inventory management, enhance workforce performance and most importantly, manage customer experience and retention,” said Gaurav.
